Districts: McDevitt upsets Catholic

Quarterfinals District3, Class 4A: It was close.

The defending District 3, Class A champion Lancaster Catholic Crusaders actually took the lead with 30 seconds left in the game after Denzel Kabasele drained a three pointer and then stuffed a layup to add 5 points in the final minute. But Bishop McDevitt’s Davon Lee nailed a 3-pointer and the lead for good.

Bishop McDevitt stays alive with the 47-43 upset victory. They overcame an early 13-8 deficit with a 28-17 run in the second and third quarters.
