Ephrata 32 Warwick 31

Going into the game the Ephrata Lady Mounts had won only one of four league games.

And with Warwick in first place in Section Two, Tuesday night’s opponent, the game was a challenge that would have to be met head on with severe determination.

So they did just that and defeated Warwick 32-31

Junior guard Jocelyn Umana delivered a double-double with a game-high 12 points and 10 rebounds. And Gabi -Gerola-Hill had 3 three pointers to help Ephrata
lead by six in the fourth.

Warwick climbed back within one, 32-31 with 2:59 left on a bucket by Lauren Pyle, and although Ephrata shot only 6-of-11 from the foul line in the final 55.2 seconds, it was enough.
