Crusaders are undefeated again

For the second season in a row, the Lancaster Catholic Crusaders remain undefeated.

They won the Section Four title with a 22-0 record.

That’s 54 in a row if you’re counting.

As the playoffs begin, the Crusaders led by D-1 James Madison recruit, senior Kiki Jefferson, will be defending the L-L League, District 3 and PIAA 4A state championships.

The record for PIAA is 61 in a row held by York Catholic.

Jefferson, the 6’1″ Senior Guard Jefferson is a three-time Lancaster Lebanon League First-Team selection. She was also a Lancaster Lebanon All-Star her freshman season. The Lancaster, Pa. native earned First Team USA Today Pennsylvania honors her sophomore year while also earning the USA Today Pennsylvania Player of the Year honors her junior season. She is the reigning Pennsylvania Class 4A Player of the Year who helped Lancaster Catholic go 32-0 last season in the Lancaster-Lebanon League, District Three and PIAA championships. She began her senior season with 1,873 career points, which is already eighth-best in league history. Jefferson also plays for the Philly Belles EYBL.
