Cocalico beats Warwick 21-13

District 3, Class 5A semifinals:

Is there a better player than Cocalico’s Senior QB/FS Noah Palm in the L-L League?

Friday night he put the Eagles on his back and helped them to defeat Warwick 21-13.

In doing so, Cocalico heads to their second District 3, Class 5A championship game in two years.

Palm scored two touchdowns and on the defensive side he made a critical interception.

Down 13-0 in the second quarter, the Eagles (10-2) rallied with 3 unanswered TDs.

Palm threw for 84 yards and ran for 150 yards. Those stats put him over 1,000 years rushing to go with his over 1,000 yards passing. He is only the tenth player to ever to that in the L-L League since it began in 1972.

Cocalico (10-2) will play second-seeded Cedar Cliff for 5A gold next Friday for the Distict title.
