Two weeks ago Lebanon handed Warwick their only loss of the season in Section Two league play with a 58-43 win.
But today the Warwick Warriors got their revenge with a 62-55 win. This leaves both teams tied for first in Section 2.
Only Section winners will move forward to the playoffs die to Covid restrictions.
They will meet in a one-game playoff later this month to determine the Section 2 title.
Led by Marquis Ferreira (21 points) the Cedars (11-3, 7-1) took a halftime lead.
However Warwick was not to be denied as Kai Cipalla (22 points), Warwick (10-2, 7-1) racked up 42 second-half points, broke the game open in the third quarter and survived a Lebanon rally down the stretch to forge the tie for first.
Luke Collins also had a big game for Lebanon, scoring 19 points and Tate Landis backed up Cipalla with 17 points for Warwick.
