She is averaging 22 points per game. <\/p>\n<p>Her success has turned the Lady Barons program around. <\/p>\n<p>She is on the brink of catching and passing Hilary Waltman&#8217;s career record of 1937 points set in 1995. And could pass Taylor Funk&#8217;s career record for the boys 1977 set in 2017.<\/p>\n<p>She needs 21 points in the semifinal game to pass Hilary Waltman. And needs only 83 points to become only the eighth player in L-L League basketball history to reach 2,000 career points.<\/p>\n<p>Her success began with a 28-point game in her first varsity start two years ago.<\/p>\n<p>Knier needs 21 points to pass Waltman and has two more games to reach 2,000 points.
