November 5th, 2022 District 3, Class 4A Finals Girls Soccer Match at Cumberland Valley Middle School:

After 109 minutes the match was scoreless between Manheim Township and Central Dauphin. These were the number 1 & 2 seeded teams respectively in the tournament.

Ava Byrne followed the corner kick in from her teammate Jordan Nguyen and then saw Liza Suydam’s header and then nailed a goal to give Township the win and stay undefeated this season.

It is the second District girls’ soccer title for Township. Their last title win was in 2009.

Township defeated Warwick 4-0 for the LL League girls soccer title this season.
