Coming into this semifinal matchup, Solanco had scored an average of 28.5 points a game this season. And they had beaten Cocalico 21-7 during the season.

But not tonight.

Cocalico dominated the Golden Mules as they had not been all year with a 32-8 loss.

They kept Solanco to under 100 yards in the first half. And to 134 yards total.

Sam Steffey scored 3 TDs for Cocalico. That gives him 22 TDs on the year.

QB Josh Myer ran for 2 TDs for Cocalico.

Elijah Cunningham scored the only TD for Solanco, on a 35-yard pass from Brody Mellinger.

Cocalico will play Exeter Township next week for the PIAA District 34, Class 5A title.
