There’s a new all-time scoring leader on Ephrata’s girls’ basketball team.

Senior guard Jasmine Griffin scored 12 points to pass Carla Wenger’s record set in 1986 of 1,341 points.

Griffin passed Carla with a free throw to claim the record.

Griffin finished the game with 15 points. She now has 1,345 points. The most of any basketball player for Ephrata, girl or boy!

Ephrata defeated Section 2 foe Solanco 49-38.
