Girls Soccer District 3 Playoffs: Manheim Township girls will play Central Dauphin in the District 3, Class 4A girls soccer title match.

They defeated Hempfield 4-0 last night in the semifinals. That was their fourth win of the season against Hempfield.

The Streaks swept the section series 4-1 and 2-0, then posted a 2-0 victory for the L-L championship.

Tuesday, they faced the Black Knights again, and for the fourth time, they prevailed, 2-0.

Township (21-1) will face Central Dauphin in a rematch for the title Saturday at 5 p.m. at Cumberland Valley’s Eagle View Middle School. The Rams defeated Mechanicsburg 2-1 in overtime Tuesday night.
