The tip-off basketball tournament is the way many of the L-L League kicks off their basketball season.

The Lancaster Catholic Crusaders defeated the Cedar Crest Falcons 59-45 to win the tournament.

They defeated Coatsville and Harrisburg to get to the finals.

The lady Crusaders are coming off of their 20th District 3 title last season beating Columbia in February.

As well as a Section 3 title, runner-up in the L-L League Title and a semifinal win in the PIAA state tournament.

They come to play. And this year should be exceptional as well.

They have the same 5 starters from last year returning.
