Ephrata defeated Manheim Central 41-37 and handed the Barons their first loss of the season.

Ephrata’s Brayden Brown hit two baskets late in the 4th quarter to give the Mountaineers the win.

In the 3rd quarter the Barons led 27-19. Ephrata had scored just 14 points in the first half.

The Mounts picked up their fourth in a row and now sport a 7-3 record overall and 3-0 record in Section 2.

Manheim Central drops to 9-1 overall and 3-1 in league play.
