The Manheim Township Blue Streaks girl’s lacrosse team defeated Pine-Richland 21-5 in the opening round of the 2024 PIAA 3A State Tournament.

Township was relentless in victory. Ten different players scored.

They are no strangers to the PIAA state tournament. This is the 15th season they have played in them.

They are coming off District 3 title and the Lancaster-Lebanon lacrosse title.

Now they have their sights on what would be their first PIAA state lacrosse title.

This is the 15th year in a row that they have qualified for the state PIAA matches. And have played in 3 final matches without capturing the title.

Next up will be Downingtown West in the quarterfinals who beat Township earlier in the year.
