The Penn Manor Comets boys lost to West York 52-47 at Millersville University last Tuesday in a holiday tournament.

But in doing so Michael Lower scored his 1,000th career point.

Surprisingly he is not the only player in his family to score 1,000 points on Penn Manor’s high school basketball team.

His father GJ Lower, was the third Penn Manor player to reach 1,000 career points.
