McCaskey High School’s Red Tornado football team is temporarily playing away games this upcoming football season due to renovations at their on-campus stadium, Penn Medicine Stadium at the Barney Ewell Sports Complex.
The $10 million renovation includes a new turf field, updated team rooms, and a new press box.
The project is expected to be completed by the 2026 season. In the meantime, the team will play some home games at Lancaster Catholic High School’s Crusader Stadium.
Here is coverage of a game McCaskey played last season defeating Elizabethtown.
McCaskey defeated Elizabethtown 7-0.
There only touchdown was a 20-yard TD pass from Cintron to Ramos.
That was the play of the game but a DeAndres Jones interception for McCaskey in the first half, prevented an Etown TD score.
