Based on results from the 2026 District 3 Track and Field Championships, a substantial number of Lancaster-Lebanon (L-L) League athletes qualified for the 2026 PIAA State Championships, held on May 22-23 at Shippensburg University.Key 2026 qualifiers from the L-L League included:

McCaskey: Ruby Garner-Valle (3200m), Ella Petrosky (100m), Carolyn Main (1600m), and both 4x800m relay teams.
