The Barons have beaten Abington Heights 8-1 in the Class 5 A state tournament quarterfinals.

They’re starting pitcher Chris Rohrer struck out 16 while giving up only 2 hits in the complete game victory.

The Barons took the lead for good in the 4th inning.

They will play Red Land in the semifinals Monday at People’s Bank Park which is home to the York Revolution at 7pm.
