The Penn Manor Comets defeated Hempfield 44-28 last night. And in doing so they are now tied for first place in Section One with Hempfield with less than a week to go.

Only the top two teams make the L-L League girls basketball playoffs.

Lily Sugra scored 14 points for Penn Manor leading all scoring in the game. She also had 6 steals which sealed the game.
