It’s been 47 years since the Penn Manor Comets girls basketball team won a section title.

They defeated Manheim Township 52-43 Saturday and now they have a Section One title.

The Comets led the entire game finished their regular season with a 12-1 league winning streak. They finished 15-7.

Penn Manor took an early lead 13-7 thanks to three treys by Morgan Miller, Izzy Kligge and they never looked back.

Lily Sugra led all scoring with a game-high 19 points.
