Last year’s District 3-2A champions, the Lancaster Mennonite Blazers, defeated Fairfield 59-42 in the opening round of the District 3-2A quarterfinal.

Fairfield came within three points with six minutes remaining.

But the Blazers went on an 8-0 run scoring 17 of the game’s last 21 points to put the game away.
