The Warwick Warriors stunned the 2nd seed Mid-Penn legendary powerhouse Cumberland Valley Eagles 58-51 in the District 3 Class 6A quarterfinal playoff game.

The game went into OT where the Warriors outscored the Eagles 9-2 for the victory.

Clearly this is one of the biggest wins in the team’s playoff history.

They move on to the semifinals where they will play Central Dauphin Friday.

That game will be played at 7 p.m. Tuesday at CD, the No. 3 seed. Warwick is the 7th seed.
