He is retiring, after 12 years as head coach of the Lebanon High boys basketball program.

Speraw is putting his family’s needs first.

Last year, Speraw guided Lebanon to its first Lancaster-Lebanon title since 2004.
Here is the article about that championship team from 2 years ago:

February 27th:

The Lebanon Cedars defeated Hempfield 41-40 to win the Lancaster-Lebanon League championship. This was their 9th L-L title, only McCaskey has more with 14.

The Cedars clinched the title after Hempfield’s Ryan Hilton went one-for-two at the free throw line with 1.6 seconds remaining, and Lebanon stars Luke Collins and Isaiah Rodriguez fouled out and on the bench.

The missed foul shot would have tied the game.

A foul shot from Marquis Ferreira with 14 second left had given the Cedars a 41-39 edge and proved to be the winning point, as Lebanon, now 17-3, captured its first in L-L title in 17 years. The Cedars, co-champions of Section Two, were situated seventh in the latest District Three power rankings, and could be in line to host a playoff game in the upcoming Class AAAAAA tournament.
